Unfortunately, I don't have a recipe to share this week. I've been living off of baked chicken and sweet potatoes thanks to an exam filled schedule this week.
But I am happy to share this article that I wrote for another blog, Society 19. The article is all about how to motivate yourself to stick to a fitness routine, something I think a lot of people (myself included sometimes) struggle with. Again, life is all about balance, the balance between eating nutritiously and eating foods that are indulgent, the balance between exercising and giving your body the rest that it needs, the balance between socializing and taking time to yourself.
